GPIntel is an internal-use property management application. Access is restricted to authorized employees and partners within our organization. All user accounts are created and managed by administrators through a secure backend system.
We do not collect, sell, or share any personal data from the public. The app is used only for internal business operations, such as property tracking, maintenance coordination, and communication among authorized staff.
Limited information (for example, assigned work email or role) may be stored solely to enable account access and system functionality. No external user registration, analytics, or marketing tracking occurs.
All data is securely stored on organization-controlled servers or approved cloud environments. We apply appropriate administrative and technical safeguards to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure.
GPIntel does not share data with third parties, except trusted IT service providers that support our infrastructure under strict confidentiality agreements.
